The problem:

The company’s Mutoh printer was displaying a ‘wiper sensor error’ message and was out of action. As the company is a sign maker, the printer is heavily used and it was vital that the problem was fixed as quickly as possible.

How we fixed it:

The client called us to report the problem on a Sunday. After some troubleshooting over the phone, we were on site with them within 24 hours with the correct part to fix the problem and get them back up and running.

The result:

A very happy customer who was particularly pleased with how quickly we were able to help.

The client:

The problem:

The team were experiencing problems with the PC used to design signs and drive the machinery. They had accidentally deleted a vital program – and their efforts to recover it had been unsuccessful.

How we fixed it:

We travelled to Oxfordshire for 8am the morning after the call came in. Thanks to our expertise in this area, we were able to restore the necessary program. While we were there, we also carried out some essential maintenance to the computer to help the company avoid future problems.

The result:

We quickly identified the problem and were able to fix it with minimum disruption for the client – which they were delighted about.
