The problem:

The team was experiencing problems with the PC used to design signs and drive the machinery. They had accidentally deleted a vital program – and their efforts to recover it had been unsuccessful.

How we fixed it:

We traveled to Oxfordshire at 8 am the morning after the call came in. Thanks to our expertise in this area, we were able to restore the necessary program. While we were there, we also carried out some essential maintenance to the computer to help the company avoid future problems.

The result:

We quickly identified the problem and were able to fix it with minimum disruption for the client – which they were delighted about.
